Job Detection & Storage: The workflow begins by pulling the job details from Bullhorn. We immediately mirror this in your Quake Core database to ensure your automated digital workforce has a permanent record to work from.

AI Ad Writing & Social Media: Instead of your team spending an hour writing an advert, OpenAI analyzes the job DNA to write a high-impact, SEO-optimized job ad. It also drafts social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Website Distribution: The finalized advert is automatically posted to your SourceFlow website, creating a branded landing page to capture incoming talent.

Database Mining & Matching: While the advert is live, the system mines your existing Bullhorn database for "hidden gold"—candidates you already know who match the role.

Smart Screening & Human Filter: Any matched candidates are sent to OpenAI to be scored against the job spec. To maintain high quality, the system creates a Human Approval task in Quake. A consultant simply gives a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" to verify the AI's shortlist.

Consultant Scheduling: Once approved, the system uses Itris to book an appointment directly into the consultant's calendar, moving the candidate into the final human-to-human interview phase
