Ever wondered why similar jobs sometimes get huge differences in application volumes? The answer might be glaringly obvious but not to the person that posted the job.
The words you use when publishing a job to your website greatly impact the ability for candidates to find what they're looking for. For example if you use 'Northwest' as a location when publishing the job, when really it's in Greater Manchester it's unlikely that a candidate search will return your job in the search results.
This automation identifies the text causing the potential issue and sends an email notification to the person who has posted the job and to the website manager. This gives you to opportunity to correct and improve these errors to maximise your job being found.
Really helped us to improve the quality of our job descriptions and empower our consultants to improve their own application rates.
