This workflow focuses on the most common signal for a recruitment need: A senior decision-maker leaving a company. When a "head of" or "director" departs, it usually creates two opportunities: a vacancy to fill their old seat and a new relationship to build at their new company.

How it works:
Signal Detection: We monitor a list of target "Tier 1" accounts in Quake Core. The system detects a change in senior leadership (using specialised web-scraping or intent data).

Contact Discovery: We use Full Enrich to find the personal mobile and professional email of the new person stepping into that role, and the departing person.

Data Deep-Dive: To ensure the consultant looks like an expert, Lusha enriches the company data, providing recent funding rounds or headcount growth stats.

AI Personalisation: OpenAI writes a hyper-personalised "Congratulations/Introduction" email. It mentions the specific company growth and the consultant’s recent success in that niche.

Multi-Channel Outreach: This personalised data is pushed into Lemlist, which starts a 4-step sequence (Email > LinkedIn Visit > Email > Manual Task).

CRM Integration: A "Lead" is automatically created in Itris with all the enriched contact details and a note that they have been added to a Lemlist campaign.
