→ quake_create_jobMonthly Audit Trigger - Wakes up the agent once a month to perform a historical audit of your database.
The "Backdoor Hire Detector" is designed to recover lost revenue from candidates you submitted but who were hired by clients "behind your back" without a fee being paid.
How it works:
The Sweep: Every month, the system scans Bullhorn to find all candidates who were "Submitted" to a client 6–12 months ago but were not marked as "Placed."
The Detective: It uses Bullhorn (or LinkedIn via a tool like Lusha/Full Enrich if available) to check the candidate's current employer.
The Match: Logic compares the candidate's current employer against the client you sent them to.
The Alert: If a match is found (e.g., you sent John to "Acme Corp" in Jan, and he is now working at "Acme Corp"), it flags this as a potential "Backdoor Hire."
The Report: A monthly report of these suspicious matches is compiled and emailed to your Admin/Finance team via Outlook for investigation and invoicing.
