How it works

This workflow is designed for speed. The moment a consultant finds a high-value prospect on LinkedIn, they can trigger a multi-channel "blitz" that makes the agency look incredibly responsive and well-informed.

How it works:
The Trigger (LinkedIn Sidebar): While on a prospect's LinkedIn profile, the consultant clicks the Quake Sidebar. This sends the profile URL and basic details directly into the automation engine.

Instant Enrichment: The system immediately queries RocketReach to find the prospect’s personal mobile number and direct email address.

Contextual Intelligence: OpenAI analyses the prospect's recent LinkedIn activity or headline to draft a 30-second "Intro Script" that is hyper-relevant to their current role.

The "Warm" AI Call: VAPI places an automated call using that custom script. It introduces the consultant by name and mentions the specific LinkedIn post or achievement, asking if they’d be open to a 5-minute sync later that day.

Multi-Channel Follow-up: Regardless of whether the prospect picks up, Lemlist triggers a follow-up email. If they spoke, it’s a "Great speaking" note; if not, it’s a "Just left you a voicemail" note, both including a booking link.

Itris Sync: The entire interaction—the recording of the call, the new mobile number, and the email status—is logged as a Lead in Itris for the consultant to follow up on.
