The "Double Tap" Workflow:
The Trigger & Call: Same as before—we pull the dormant client, enrich their data, and let the Vapi AI agent call them.

Email 1 (The Hook): If they don't answer, Outlook sends the "Sorry I missed you" email immediately.

The Logic Pause: The system then enters a "Listening Phase" (handled by Quake). It waits exactly 3 days and checks: Did they reply?

Email 2 (The Nudge): If there has been no reply, Outlook fires a second, shorter email: "Hi [Name], just floating this to the top of your inbox..."

Master Log: All calls and both emails are automatically logged back to Bullhorn so no other consultant steps on your toes.
