The Refined Workflow:

The Target: We use Kaspr to identify the Hiring Manager. Kaspr is particularly strong at scraping LinkedIn to find the "Gold Data" (direct mobile & personal email) that other tools might miss.

The Asset: We match a candidate from Bullhorn and use OpenAI to generate a "Spec CV"—an anonymous profile designed specifically to tease the value of the candidate relative to that job description.

The Pitch: Outlook automatically emails this "Spec CV" to the manager with a "View Profile" link.
