Date Calculation: ChatGPT looks at the start date and calculates the specific dates for the 1-week prior and 1-week post-start tasks.

The Calendar Creation: The system automatically sends .ics calendar invites to the consultant's Outlook for those three key milestones.

The Quake Sync: All these milestones are saved into your internal Quake database, so you can report on aftercare compliance across the team.
